Frequently asked questions

How much is delivery?

Mugs are dispatched all over the UK by Royal Mail using 2nd class post. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. International orders are £4.50 for the first item and then £1 for EACH additional item. For bulk orders for business and Corporate customers, delivery is charged by weight and location. An estimate will be advised at quotation stage and charged at cost upon final invoice. Please email info@mugforlife.com for more information. Lead times to delivery depend on volumes ordered, however, as a guide - up to 500 units usually takes 2 weeks from approval of artwork. Larger volumes will take longer due to the production process.

Is it dishwasher and microwave proof?

All mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe.
As with all plastics, it's always better to use neither. We would much rather you used nice warm soapy water and avoid the microwave where possible.
If you must use dishwasher and microwave, we strongly recommend you always remove the grip/sleeve and handwash this to preserve the print wearing.

Tell me more about tree planting

Every 6 months we collate the number of orders we have processed and divide this number by 10. This gives us the number of trees to order. We contact eForest.co.uk and they plant trees around the United Kingdom on our behalf. A copy of our latest tree planting certificate is available by emailing info@mugforlife.com.

Is the mug thermos?

No. The mug is double-walled, which insulates the fluid for longer than normal, but it is not thermos.

Can I brand my own mug?

This option is available to business and corporate customers only as the minimum order quantities are 125 units per colour.

Can I buy your mug on the high street?

Unfortunately not, unless you are fortunate enough to stumble upon a coffee house who has ordered bulk from us to sell on their premises. To buy from us directly, our mugs are only available online through our website or via Amazon.co.uk.
